Two of the most precious commodities that people have is “Time” and “Money.” Where someone uses their time and money says a lot about their frame of thinking and their priorities.
Time we don’t get back…as a result we must be careful where we use it. The same could be said of money. Money comes and money goes…where it goes you should care about.
Jesus said, “where your treasure is, there your heart is also.” We’re honored that you’d spend some time here with us and we’re thankful for your heart.

When we receive a donation we combine it with money we’ve already received. We then move forward and place it in the hands of pastors / leaders across the country.
Good churches are needed in America. Yet the finances to further the vision and ministries of these churches is limited. We’re a funnel that provides funds to these churches.
We are in the process of completing Goal 1…which is blessing 50 Locations within the state of Minnesota and at least one location in every state. We call it, 50/50.
Why do we give $500? It’s large enough to be a blessing and significant enough to make a difference.
Pastor Jon (youth pastor at Discovery Church), has been there for years. He’s originally from the Denver, CO area and has made quite a splash in MN.
He has an incredible passion for students and using his gifts to build the Kingdom of God. Pastor Jon said he’s wanting to see the SYCAMORE gift as an inspiration for his own youth ministry to start blessing other people.
This location came to us through contact. Someone who’s familiar with SYCAMORE reached out and asked if we take suggestions. Of course we do!
She told us about a church in Mountain Home, Idaho and said her son attends there. We reached out to Pastor Trent and the process continued from there. We are so excited to be able to connect with them.
Tommy came across this location while driving through the town of Vermillion. He and his family were traveling back to MN when a church stuck out from the landscape.
We didn’t know for sure the name of the town or the church, but we eventually found it and moved forward in blessing Hillside Community Church.

The locations come to us in various ways. Sometimes a state is just put on our hearts. We find a city within the state and then select a church that fits the demographic we’re looking for.
Other times we hear or are told about a church / ministry that peaks our interest.
First of all, we look for places that are actively ministering to their community. Places that are doing what they can to make an impact for the Kingdom of God.
We are also careful to select churches that are currently running less than 1,000 people on a Sunday.
It’s also important to note that we’ve helped churches from many different denominations and backgrounds.
That’s simple…people’s generosity. SYCAMORE is funded by families, businesses, retirees, and individuals of all ages.
Absolutely. When you donate online you’ll receive an email with a receipt right away. You’ll also receive a giving statement at the end of the year.
The first church to partner with SYCAMORE was actually a church that we blessed. The pastor was so excited with what we were doing he said at their first opportunity he wanted to start “giving it forward.” They’ve been giving ever since.
